1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Smarttech Integration Shop website operated by Smarttech Integration Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. If we discover an error, we will contact you before processing your order.
- Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject your order at our discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later options where available. All payment data is handled by our payment processor and is never stored on our servers.
5. Delivery
- We deliver across the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
- If a delivery fails, we will attempt redelivery or contact you to arrange an alternative.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
6. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order from the date you receive the goods. To exercise this right, contact us at SI-web@smarttechintegration.com.
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 30 days.
- Digital products and licence keys are non-refundable once delivered/redeemed.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- We cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
7. Warranty
All products sold carry a minimum 2-year warranty as required by UK consumer law. Some products may include additional manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims should be directed to us initially via email.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
